Tax Problem

I received the package and everything looks good so far, but now, 1 week later, I receive an invoice for taxes and various fees so that I suddenly have to pay a very high amount for the device... I would have preferred to send it back immediately or not order it in the first place...

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. I completely understand your frustration with the customs charges, but I just wanted to clarify that the customs fees are not something I decide or collect. These fees are set by EU regulations, and they are a percentage of the product value. For orders under 150 EUR, we handle the customs fee on your behalf, but for orders over 150 EUR, it’s collected directly by customs. Either way, this money doesn’t go to me. I hope this clears things up, and I’m really sorry for any inconvenience caused
